What to expect

Before your first appointment you’ll receive a registration form to complete. Taking the time to fill this out with as much detail as you can helps me understand your health history, lifestyle, and goals so we can make the most of our time together.

Your initial appointment runs for approximately 50–70 minutes. During this session, we’ll take a comprehensive look at your medical history, current concerns, eating patterns, supplement use, and what you’re hoping to achieve. This is a relaxed, supportive conversation, there’s no judgement, just a space to explore what’s going on and where you’d like to be.

By the end of the appointment, you’ll receive personalised, evidence-based recommendations tailored to you or your child. My approach is holistic, practical, and designed to feel realistic for your stage of life.

Afterwards, you’ll receive a written plan via email to guide you at home. If appropriate, we’ll schedule a follow-up appointment to continue building on your progress. Depending on your package, you may also have ongoing access for questions and support between sessions.
